Full Journal pdf2012-04-13 House Journal Page 2398 HB 361 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 12, 2012, calendar (page 2367), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 361(FIN) "An Act relating to the Alaska Land Act, including certain leases, sales, and other disposals of state land and materials; relating to production royalties from miners; and providing for an effective date." Representative Feige moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 361(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Feige, Costello, Gara, and Neuman: Page 7, lines 23 - 24: Delete "The department may exempt, by regulation, small operations from the production royalty otherwise required by this section." Representative Feige moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall CSHB 361(FIN) am pass the House?"
